I'm a professional violist and a Certified Coach for Musicians.
Over the last 5 years I've worked with over 250 Musicians, helping them achieve better results - not just in the practice room, but also on stage.
My mission is to create awareness about the crucial role mental and emotional preparation plays in a musician’s life. I want to help you navigate the challenges of your musical career with more confidence, clarity, and ease.
Coaching was the turning point in my own journey. I learned how to practice effectively, feel in control, and truly enjoy making music — even under pressure. Thanks to this different approach, I was also able to make my dream come true: win an audition and begin working in a professional orchestra.
